This time Jimmy Olsen teams up with Hitler. SERIOUSLY.
It begins with Jimmy discovering that he was active in WWII… on the side of the Nazis.
Apparently Jimmy studied German in high school. Not surprising, since we’ve seen him learn Kryptonese in minutes.
And then he goes back in time thanks to YET ANOTHER time machine invented by Professor Potter!!!
He even almost meets Eisenhower.
Then Jimmy decides to help the American soldiers get out of a trap.
So far so good, right?
Then Jimmy pretends to be a clairvoyant.
AND IT WORKS.
And that’s how Jimmy Olsen became a Nazi officer!!!
His “predictions” get him so much fame that he’s introduced to Hitler. (!!!!)
THIS IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING.
Has Jimmy Olsen gone full Nazi?
Nah. It’s just that the writer is probably high as a kite.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS WAS ACTUALLY PUBLISHED.
Everything goes great until Jimmy is discovered.
Wait… Jimmy arrived June 6th 1944 and this is now July 20th 1944.
He went from complete stranger to air marshal IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS!?
Jimmy manages to escape, but the blonde from the previous scene shoots at him and a S.S. guard throws a grenade.
Which SOMEHOW triggers the time machine and sends Jimmy back to the present. (infinite WTF!?!?)
*groan*
