This is a somewhat famous cover for a spectacularly bonkers comic.
Which shouldn’t be a surprise: writer Richard Hughes only has a few DC comics under his belt, but he’s both the co-creator of Black Terror and Herbie Popnecker.
We begin with Lois Lane interviewing Superman on his opinion of modern girls…
…while Jimmy Olsen is randomly interviewing British model Twiggy.
And that’s when someone from the Anti-Superman Syndicate shows up to send Superman into another dimension!
This is just PAGE TWO, by the way.
Naturally the ray doesn’t do anything to Superman, except it bounces off and hits Lois.
This has sent Lois into another dimension where over woman has Twiggy’s figure. (WTF!?)
Except all the men still find Lois hot. (double WTF!?)
Then dwarf cops show up to arrest Lois because she doesn’t have an ID. (triple WTF!?)
This is because “wee folk” never turn to crime. (infinite WTF!?)
Also in this dimension prison food is delicious. (double infinite WTF!?)
Lois is in jail for assaulting an officer, but she’s rescued by a fellow prisoner that turns out to be a superhero with one of the weirdest costumes I have ever seen.
And Lois immediately falls head over heels for him. (triple infinite WTF!?)
So Titanman takes Lois to his home planet (where he wears a hood to hide his secret identity) where they can immediately get married.
But surprise, on Titanman’s world not only is polygamy legal, Lois is going to be his 8th wife! (infinitely infinite WTF!?)
So, uhm… this is a thing that just happened.
Lois is obviously not okay with this, but Titanman hypnotizes her to comply. (I’m all out of WTF, folks!)
Will Superman help her? WHAT DO YOU THINK?
But it’s okay because this was all a dream!
More of a nightmare, really.

Historical significance: WTF/10
Somehow I doubt Lois talked to her psychiatrist about this.
Silver Age-ness: 2∞/10
Could it be? Yes, I have finally found a comic MORE insane than Superboy #101!
Random dimensional ray that bounces off Superman and gives Lois hallucinations? Lois hallucinating about her obvious body image issues? Unnecessary jokes about dwarfs?
When it comes to Silver Age-ness, this one is a two times infinity out of ten.
